Jester Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 Back in April I placed an order with Airsoft Arms for a h-harness and 2 ICS hop-up nubs. A week after I placed the order it still had not shipped. I sent an e-mail to the contact e-mail address provided by the website. After 3 more days I still had yet to receive a reply. I sent a second e-mail. This email was responded to after about 3 more days. It simply stated that the h-harness was missing from his inventory (he claimed it was stolen from him) and offered to ship the nubs separate and the h-harness when it came back in stock. I replied saying that was fine and I would take a y-harness or an h-harness in different color if it would help speed up shipping. I never received a response, and my order still never shipped. I sent 2 more e-mails over the course of the next 3 weeks, no response was given. After the forth week I finally just drove down to indy to buy an h-harness from Army Surplus, I sent two last emails to the company asking them to cancel my order and credit back my card. They again failed to respond. I was so fed up at this point that I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. The complaint is still pending, it has been sent to Airsoft Arms, BBB is awaiting their reply, its been nearly 3 weeks since they received the complaint, not a peep. I am considering my money lost forever at this point.
