I.M.P.A.C.T. is hosting a Noob Day in Bloomington IN. Maybe you are trying to get some friends interesting in playing airsoft, then this is your game. JUST REMEMBER YOUR FULL SEAL EYE PROTECTION!!! Not only will this be a great day for playing Airsoft but also learning about Airsoft and players in AI. Parents are also welcome to learn/observe/play. Please bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. DATE: Saturday April 13th 2013TIME: Get there no later then 10AM. Games will begin @ 11AM sharp. We will play till at least 5PM or until everyone gets tired of shooting at each other.LOCATION: Joker's Circus, Bloomington IN And just a friendly warning, I would study the IMPACT Skirmish rules before you arrive because there is a good chance of a quiz! http://www.freewebs....istoryrules.htmThis game will be FREE. That money will go towards bringing you better games in the future. We will be doing very simple games such as “Death Matches” and possibly “Capture the Flag”. Suggestions on game day are very welcome. Our focus is on teaching new players new things and of course fun.You will need to fill out an I.M.P.A.C.T. Waiver if you don’t already have one on file. You can find the waiver here: http://airsoftindian...splay&thread=72 *Noobs you will need the following:-FULL SEAL EYE PROTECTION!-A full face mask is highly recommended-Red/White Death Rag-If possible Airsoft weapons of some kind-Airsoft bbs of some kind and batteries for your AEG-If possible Camo of some kind-Water is a must and food/snacks are highly recommended-Bug Spray-Comfortable boots-A positive attitude and willingness to learn+Note these are the basics feel free to bring anything else you may want or need to play.Please bring your friends that may be interested in playing Airsoft seriously and on a regular basis. We wish that you be at least 13 years of age, although we won’t be asking for you age. If you’re planning on attending please post it here as well as your team’s name if you’re on a team as well as any friends that you might bring. Camo & Teams:Wear what ever you would like (NO RED OR WHITE for obvious reasons). If you have camo wear it. If you do not, or you are bringing someone who does not own camo, no problems. Endgame Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 For the love of all things holy and sacred, PLEASE bring bug spray!!! I can't emphasize this enough! Walking around with mosquito bites and whatever else has been mealing on your flesh is highly uncomfortable, and scratching in public like Tyrone Biggums is VERY embarrassing. Crimson Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 This will be a good day of airsoft for everyone plan on some very simple games with a few milsim elements thrown in. We will do are best to set up things that will need tactics and squads working together. That being said for all new and old players. Please shake down your gear prior to this event. Yes its newb day. But every year I spend the first 2 hours of the day charging batterys and such. Little things that should be done before any game day. Yes I will do all I can to help everyones gun work keep everyone on the field having fun and learning. Last year I think we had a record event for New players showing up and it was a great game..
