Smooth
I recently had some velcro backed patches made through http://www.qualitylapelpins.com/. 1 embroidered patch in a 2.5x4 inch size with a Velcro backing is $31.00, plus a shipping cost of $5.00. The total cost is $36.00. 5 embroidered patches in a 2.5x4 inch size with a Velcro backing are $9.00 each, plus a shipping cost of $5.00. The total cost is $50.00.
