In for green, but can switch if teams need balanced. -
To add to the footwear, an absolutely amazing brand I personally wear every day are Merrells. They're more of a hiking type shoe instead of a full blown boot. Very comfortable and most have a breathable waterproof construction. A little pricey but we'll worth it in my opinion.

Same for the multicam question, will it be considered green or tan for this event? -

They get pretty itchy after a while for me. I've got about 3 or 4 of them in multicam.

The PRC-343 is some pretty cool shit. http://www.prc68.com/I/Bowman.shtml

Honestly, I prefer plate carriers. I just ordered the TAG/ Shellback Tactical Banshee PC, but have yet to try it out since I'm in Afghanistan. I'm used to wearing the IOTV with kevlar inserts and ESAPI plates, so anything smaller and lighter than that is good enough for me. But PCs have more than enough MOLLE real estate, are pretty light with no inserts, and are fairly breathable. Most people will have just mags, a camelbak, and possibly a radio on their gear. Everything else can be thrown in an assault pack, so weight shouldn't be too big of an issue for most. But that's just my opinion.

I can attest to that, I'm wearing the shit right now.

Three pairs of boots that I have that I highly recommend- Nike SFB, Rocky C4T, and Under Armor Valsetz Trail Boots. All are extremely light, comfortable, and breathe well. For cold weather, I'd suggest going to a surplus store and getting gore-tex lined boots. Waterproof and helps keep in body heat.

I've been wanting to do that for a long time. I live in BC.

How much for all of them if you still got em?
